Altum Concierge is a trading name operated by Eduardo Alexandre da Silva Oliveira Pinto Furriel, a Portuguese sole trader and the controller of personal data processed through this website and related enquiries.

2. Information we may process

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests, preferences and message content.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange requested services and maintain the necessary communications. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of an agreed service and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to and following up your enquiry.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers needed for communications and service delivery, including our email provider and the WhatsApp and Instagram platforms, under their respective policies. Where necessary to prepare or deliver an experience, we share only the information strictly required with selected partners.

5. Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance in aggregate. According to Cloudflare, this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for analytics purposes.

6. Retention

Information is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver services, comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and, where applicable, object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact geral@altumconcierge.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority at www.cnpd.pt.
